Retail Sales Manager – Job Requirements

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Retail Sales Manager who can manage walk-in customers, build strong client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2years of experience in retail sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, wallpapers, home décor, furnishings, modular kitchens, tiles, lighting or similar premium lifestyle products.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/design solutions.
Excellent sales closing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable handling walk-in customers, architects, interior designers and homeowners.
Ability to prepare quotations and follow up consistently until closure.
Experience achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Good understanding of premium retail customer service.
Ability to maintain customer databases, enquiries and follow-up schedules.
Comfortable coordinating with the design, operations and installation teams.




Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, email and CRM/software systems.
Presentable, skilled and confident personality.
Solid ownership and follow-through — candidates should be proactive rather than waiting for customers to follow up.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously and prioritise high-potential leads.
Willingness to occasionally visit client sites or meet architects/designers when required.
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred; Kannada would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
