Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B; Executive to manage day-to-day food and beverage operations and ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of F&B; service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily F&B; service operations and ensure smooth restaurant/café functioning.
Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
Take and coordinate food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure food and beverages are served according to brand and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely order execution.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene,



grooming, and presentation.
Monitor table setup, service areas, and overall outlet readiness.
Assist with billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily closing procedures.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the supervisor regarding stock requirements.
Support the team during busy periods and ensure productive service.
Follow company SOPs, food safety regulations, and F&B; standards.
Assist the Restaurant Manager/Outlet Manager with daily reports and operational tasks.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in F&B; service, restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality.
Hotel Management / Hospitality qualification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of food and beverage s

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
