Job Description: Senior Executive – Business Partner Development
Location: In office / Field Operations

CTC: ₹5.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Capacity & Acquisition: Source leads through online and field channels, interview, negotiate terms, and onboard First & Last Mile logistics partners to meet vehicle schedule requirements.
Vendor Operations & Performance: Manage daily business partner relations within Operations, drive partner training programs, and track service levels to elevate performance.
Financial Analytics & Optimization: Perform Vendor ROI and P&L; calculations to maintain cost targets and use data analysis to optimize fleet resource utilization.
Retention & Problem Solving:



Manage partner grievances and escalations to improve retention, working with internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Key Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in logistics vendor onboarding, fleet procurement, or First/Last Mile operations.
Skills: Solid field sourcing, commercial negotiation, and operational escalation management.
Analytics: Working knowledge of Excel for vendor ROI and P&L; analysis.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
