Hiring: Academic Counsellors – Delhi NCR

We are looking for experienced Academic Counsellors to generate, manage, counsel, and follow up with prospective students for our *Degree, Diploma, and Certification Courses

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Options: WFH / On-Site

Experience: 3–5 years in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Student Admissions, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage student leads.
Counsel prospective students regarding suitable Degree, Diploma and Certification programmes.
Handle regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.




Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrolment.

Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, convincing and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
Prior experience in handling education/course admission leads will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
