Job Title: International Chat Support RepresentativeJob Overview

We are looking for a clear, efficient, and customer-focused International Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist international clients via real-time digital chat channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming digital chat inquiries from international customers in a professional, timely, and polite manner.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing transparent step-by-step solutions and accurate product/service information.
Process Compliance: Adhere to established standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and response time guidelines (SLA).
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and escalations in the internal CRM system.
Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations concurrently without compromising message quality or accuracy.

Key Requirements
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer support environment,



specifically within a chat or non-voice process.
Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with robust grammar, spelling, punctuation, and typing speed.
Customer Orientation: Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple software applications, databases, and chat tools simultaneously.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules as needed for international time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience handling international accounts (US/UK/AU regions).
Familiarity with common customer service ticket systems and CRM platforms.
