Key Responsibilities
Verify agency and reimbursable bills as per agreements and Bank Book records.
Supervise the team for daily billing and invoice dispatch activities.
Verify JNPT/Air Cargo vouchers and ledgers as per agreed rates.
Prepare monthly reconciliation reports for Detention, PGR, Damage and other operational payments and identify unbilled invoices for billing.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.
Prepare and verify monthly salary workings within the prescribed timeline.
Handle working, payment, and return filing for GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESIC.
Prepare and submit the HDFC CC monthly debtors statement.
Check and verify Tally data entry for finalization of accounts.
Conduct PD and ledger account reconciliation.
Monitor BASF outstanding statements, follow up on outstanding amounts, and raise necessary queries.
Prepare BASF monthly billing data and Q-meeting reports.
Perform daily bank reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain Import & Export Registers,



including invoice details, and identify unbilled jobs.
Prepare and process invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting, billing, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting, billing and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT and ESIC compliance.
Experience in P&L; preparation and accounts finalization.
Positive understanding of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and outstanding follow-up.
Positive team supervision and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet monthly compliance, payroll, billing, and reporting deadlines.

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in CHA, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
