We are looking for a customer-oriented and driven CRM Executive to join our team. Our company specializes in manufacturing high-quality HIPS and PP food-grade products (packaging). In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our manufacturing team, sales department, and our B2B clients (such as food packaging distributors, FMCG brands, and food service companies). Your main goal will be to maintain robust client relationships, manage client data, track orders, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Data & CRM Management
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer records, contact details, and interaction history in the CRM software.
Lead Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines and track customer journeys from initial inquiry to final product delivery.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, complaints resolved, and sales updates for the management team.





Order & Operations Coordination
Order Processing: Coordinate with the sales and production departments to ensure HIPS/PP orders are processed accurately according to client custom designs or sizes.
Logistics Tracking: Keep track of shipments and proactively update clients on their order dispatch and delivery status.
Complaint Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product defects, delayed shipments, or billing discrepancies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
