Job Description: Placement Officer

Location: Melmuri, Malappuram, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time (in office)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week

About the Role

Beegains is looking for an energetic and confident Placement Officer to help our students and candidates find the right job opportunities. You will connect with companies, guide candidates through interviews, and manage the placement process from registration to job offer.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR managers, and recruiters to generate job openings
Approach recent employers for walk-ins, interview drives, and direct placements
Maintain a record of candidates, including their skills, qualifications, and job preferences
Match candidates with suitable job openings and schedule interviews
Guide candidates on resume preparation, interview skills, and basic communication
Track placement progress and keep accurate records of interviews, selections, and joinings
Follow up with placed candidates and employers to ensure satisfaction




Prepare regular placement reports for management
Represent Beegains professionally in meetings with companies and at job events

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualification: High school (Plus Two / 12th pass)
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) is required
Working knowledge of Malayalam
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Willingness to work 6 days a week

Preferred
Previous experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or sales
Contacts with local companies in Malappuram and nearby districts
Own vehicle for occasional company visits
