Job description

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with relevant experience in b2b sales, project sales and dealer management. The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, managing dealers and customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers, contractors, consultants, builders and project customers.
Manage existing dealers and build long-term customer relationships.
Generate current business opportunities through dealer, contractor and project channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify new customers and convert potential business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities and market trends.




Develop the assigned territory and identify prospects for business growth.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability and customer support.
Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts and market updates.

Requirements
Any graduate with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in b2b sales, project sales, dealer management or channel sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in direct dealer handling and project sales.
Good understanding of the electrical industry and contractor-driven business.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently manage and develop a sales territory.
Customer-focused approach with good business understanding.
