Marketing & Growth Executive

Location: Homeland City, Piplod, Surat

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented skilled to drive community growth, member engagement, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with prospective members, explain the platform's advantages, and drive membership conversions.
Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and outreach.
Build solid relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
Manage social media activities and create meeting/event summaries.

Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into members.
Proactive, organized, and self-driven.
Understanding of social media management.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Community Management preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
