Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining excellent service standards, cleanliness, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages as per recipes and standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality.
Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area.
Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage inventory and inform the supervisor about shortages.
Follow FIFO, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.




Support the team during busy service periods and maintain smooth bar operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment checks.
Follow all café SOPs and company policies.

Requirements
Previous barista experience preferred.
Good knowledge of espresso preparation and basic coffee techniques.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced café environment.
Valuable personal hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and improve coffee-making skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
