Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales executives to build a highly motivated team.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement robust sales plans, setting individual and team targets aligned with company goals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
