Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive - Recruitment responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and maintain candidate records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS,



trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with department heads/principals to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive MS Excel and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
