We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage the day-to-day reception activities of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling appointments, attending phone calls, assisting patients, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a polite and skilled manner.
Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
Handle WhatsApp/messages and other patient communication channels, if applicable.
Maintain and update patient records and registration details.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff regarding appointment schedules and patient flow.
Inform patients about appointment timings, clinic procedures, and basic services.
Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and missed appointments.




Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean and organized.
Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic administrative tasks when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
Assist with daily administrative and front-office activities.
Provide a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their visit.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a dental/medical clinic is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, polite, and qualified attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic workplace.
Good telephone etiquette.
Fluency in English , Tamil and Hindi is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
