Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, supervising employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good leadership, communication, and team management skills,

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in managing overall branch operations and daily activities.
Supervise, guide sales and operational staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments.
Monitor daily sales reports, stock availability, and branch performance.
Support employee training, and staff development activities.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational procedures.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Graduation in any discipline preferred.




Minimum 3 Year experience in sales field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Two-wheeler driving licence Mandatory
