Engage with prospective students and their families to recommend suitable educational programs and career options. • Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed decisions about their academic and skilled future. • Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and on boarding. • Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging. • Handle walk-in inquiries at branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrolment conversion rate. • Coordinate closely with branch staff and internal admission teams for smooth student on boarding. • Monitor and manage fee structures in compliance with institutional guidelines. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in internal systems. • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
