HRMS Functional Consultant | Indore

NWAY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HRMS / HR ERP Functional Consultant with 6 months -2 years of experience to join our Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle HRMS modules including Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS & Employee Management.
Develop and integrate REST APIs, third-party systems & biometric devices.
Manage troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing, enhancements, and production support.
Work on MIS, reports, dashboards, mobile applications & integrations.
Understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with Support, QA, Implementation & Development teams.
Contribute to AI/Chatbot and HR automation initiatives.

Required Skills:
Solid HRMS/HR ERP application experience.
Good knowledge of HR & Payroll processes, SQL and APIs.
Experience in integrations, debugging, testing, and production support.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location: Indore | Work Mode: On-site | Experience: 6 months -2 years | Employment: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
