Creators Yug is a quick-growing Influencer Marketing & Talent Management agency, collaborating with leading brands and creators across categories.

We’re looking for a Talent Manager / Talent Executive who can manage creators, build brand connections, and drive successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
Outreach and onboard relevant creators/influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with brand requirements
Reach out to brands, initiate conversations, and explore collaboration opportunities for our creator pool
Pitch creators to brands with proper profiling, content ideas, and campaign alignment
Manage day-to-day communication with creators including brief sharing, deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Coordinate between brands and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely deliveries




Follow up with brands for approvals, feedback, negotiations, and deal closures
Track ongoing collaborations and ensure quality, deadlines, and campaign goals are met

Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Interest in influencer marketing / talent management
Positive follow-up and coordination skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Proactive and responsible approach

Preferred:
Prior experience in influencer marketing
Ability to handle multiple tasks and conversations
