We are looking for a highly organized Sales Operations & Order Management Executive to manage customer orders, quotations, vendor/manufacturer coordination, CRM records and day-to-day sales support.

This is a communication-heavy operations role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams through phone, email and WhatsApp, while maintaining accurate records in Excel/CRM/ERP.

Candidate requirements

0–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, CRM or similar work.

Strong spoken and written English.

Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.

Robust follow-up and coordination skills.





Valuable attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple orders/tasks simultaneously.

Experience with CRM/ERP software is an advantage.

Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
