Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, controlling costs and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the café.
Supervise and manage café staff, including chefs, service staff and support staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage shift allocations.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling and billing operations.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Manage inventory, stock levels and daily stock requirements.
Control food costs, wastage and operational expenses.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of supplies.
Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Conduct staff training and performance monitoring.
Maintain daily reports related to sales, stock, wastage and staff attendance.
Support promotional activities and help increase customer footfall and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR or similar food & beverage operations.
Previous experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager preferred.
Solid team-management and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of café operations, customer service and inventory management.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle busy operations and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong understanding of sales, cost control and staff management.
Should be customer-focused, responsible and hands-on.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
