Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Use interactive teaching strategies, discussions, case studies, activities, and real-life examples.
Develop students’ critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
Assess student learning through assignments, projects, presentations, and other appropriate methods.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
Encourage students to explore topics related to human behaviour, emotions, cognition, relationships, and society.
Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning workplace.
Collaborate with other facilitators and coordinators for interdisciplinary learning.
Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.




Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership regarding student progress when required.
Participate in school events, workshops, career development, and other academic activities.
Follow all school policies related to student safeguarding, wellbeing, and professional conduct.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
