Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, material receipt, storage, inventory control, and material issue. The candidate should have positive knowledge of construction/HVAC/MEP materials and be capable of maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities of the site/central store.
Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against PO/invoice.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material inward records.
Properly store and identify materials to avoid damage, loss, or mix-up.
Issue materials to site/installation teams based on approved material requests.
Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material movement records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Team about material requirements.




Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Site, Accounts, and Vendors regarding material-related activities.
Track material returns, excess materials, damaged materials, and rejected materials.
Ensure proper tagging, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.
Maintain records for tools, equipment, consumables, spare parts, and project materials.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
Monitor material wastage and prevent unauthorized material movement.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
Follow company procedures for material receipt, storage, issue, and return.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of HVAC/MEP/Construction materials.
Inventory and stock management skills.
Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue Note (MIN), Material Request, and stock reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/store management software.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
