Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, identify new business prospects, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
