Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment databases.
Make a high number of candidate calls every day and explain job roles, salary, location, and requirements.
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and verify their experience and previous job history.
Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up until joining.
Maintain proper records of candidates, interviews, selections, and deployments.
Coordinate with clients and the HR team regarding candidate requirements and feedback.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the confirmed date.
Maintain regular communication with deployed candidates and handle replacement requirements.
Avoid sending unsuitable or previously problematic candidates to clients.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and deployment targets.
