We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and activate insurance agents/advisors to generate life insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for building a robust agent network and ensuring regular business productivity from the recruited agents.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new insurance agents/advisors through various sourcing channels.
Explain the business opportunity, earning potential, products, and processes to prospective agents.
Complete agent onboarding, documentation, and activation formalities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruited agents.
Train and guide agents on insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Motivate inactive agents and convert them into active business-producing agents.
Generate regular business through the recruited and activated agent network.
Achieve monthly recruitment, activation, and business targets.
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews with agents.
Provide continuous support to agents for lead generation, sales conversion, and policy issuance.
Track agent performance and prepare regular business/recruitment reports.




Identify high-potential agents and help them increase their business productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and required documentation.

Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / BFSI sales.
Experience in agent recruitment, agency development, or channel sales will be preferred.
Solid communication and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with good team-building and convincing abilities.
Ability to recruit and develop a productive insurance agent network.
Positive knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and agent meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
