We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic, social, emotional, and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify students requiring additional academic or developmental support.
Conduct individual and small-group intervention sessions.
Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) wherever required.
Adapt teaching strategies, worksheets, and learning materials according to student needs.
Work closely with class teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and parents.
Monitor and document student progress through regular assessments and reports.
Support students with learning difficulties, developmental challenges, and other special educational needs.
Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.




Participate in parent meetings and provide appropriate guidance and feedback.
Promote an inclusive, protected, and supportive learning environment.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
B.Ed. Special Education / RCI-recognized qualification preferred.
Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
Positive communication, observation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
