We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential candidates or customers, providing relevant information, and maintaining follow-up records.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates or customers.
Explain job vacancies, services, or company offerings clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates and customers.
Maintain daily call records and update information in the database.
Respond to basic queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule interviews or appointments, as required.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000, depending on experience and skills.
