1 Strategy & Planning: Design and implement data-informed social media strategies aligned with business goals.

2 Maintain content calendars across active channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit).

3 Content Creation: Write platform-native copy, captions, and scripts.

4 Coordinate visual assets, short-form video, and graphics with internal design teams.

5 Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and manage brand reputation.

6 Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, saves, and shares.

7 Use insights to optimize upcoming campaigns.Trend & Platform Intelligence: Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging formats, and internet culture.
Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Create engaging content around products, launches, offers, campaigns,



and brand stories.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and other creative teams.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, memes, and platform updates.
Write creative captions, hooks, CTAs, and campaign copy.
Plan and execute product launches, festive campaigns, promotional campaigns, and social media activations.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, comments, messages, and community engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze reach, engagement, followers, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
Monitor competitor activity and identify current content prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
