Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Positive knowledge of Google Ads
Experience in campaign setup, optimization and performance monitoring
Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and lead generation
Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare reports
Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics
Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with content, design and video teams
Solid communication skills

Added Advantage:
Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Experience with e-commerce or social-media campaigns
