About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee the operations of Raipur unit. You will lead the Sales, Pre-Sales and Administration teams, manage the showroom and inventory, and make sure customers get a smooth experience from first visit to final sale.

Key Responsibilities
Overall operational management of the organization/unit.
Manage and coordinate the Sales, Administration and Pre-Sales teams.
Lead and monitor the sales team and their day-to-day activities.
Manage the showroom/store and ensure proper management of finished products and inventory.
Handle customer visits and coordinate the on-floor sales team.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, pre-sales, administration, stores and customers.




Monitor team performance and achieve organizational sales and operational objectives.
Should have positive knowledge of computers, IT hardware and related products.
Valuable communication, team-management and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements
MBA / BBA preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar organization or industry.
Valuable knowledge of computers, IT hardware and related products.
Strong communication, team-management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle customers and manage a team on the floor.
