Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization in hiring suitable candidates across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to joining.
Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, institutes, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates.
Negotiate salary and discuss joining availability with selected candidates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate the pre-joining and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads/managers regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on open positions.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, etc. will be an advantage.
Good understanding of interview coordination and candidate evaluation.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing/engineering recruitment will be preferred.
Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented recruitment workplace.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Positions closed within the required timeline.
Quality of shortlisted candidates.
Joining conversion ratio.
Candidate follow-up and interview coordination.
Accuracy and timely maintenance of recruitment records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
