Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns focused on leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities       

Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan budgets, audiences, targeting, retargeting, and campaign strategies. Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing of creative, ad copy, audiences, and placements. Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.



Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Identify prospects to reduce costs and improve lead quality and conversions. Key Skills      Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager. Robust analytical and optimization skills. Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing funnels. Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Result-oriented with solid communication and coordination skills. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month (Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and interview performance).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
