Lead and manage the sales calling team and daily activities.
Make personal outbound calls and generate recent sales leads.
Guide team members on cold calling, follow-ups, and customer handling.
Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
Monitor daily calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle key customers and support the team in closing sales.
Maintain customer, lead, and sales records in CRM/Excel
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.
Prepare daily and weekly team performance reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead, and sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
