Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records.
Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company processes.
For Team Leaders: Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets and productivity goals.
Provide coaching and support to team members and track overall team performance.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
