We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on design specifications and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of drafting principles, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate while interpreting and analysing technical drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software and other drafting tools.
Ensure that drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Prepare and update documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and material lists.




Adhere to project timelines and deliver drawings within specified deadlines.
Assist in training and mentoring junior draughtsmen, as required.

Eligibility:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Draughtsman in India, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.
Solid understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in India.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
Must have UBBL and EOD portal knowledge and technique .

Pay: ₹10,223.75 - ₹37,705.81 per month
