Key Responsibilities:
Develop and analyze hydrological and hydraulic models for water resource projects.
Perform runoff analysis, stormwater studies, flood estimation, flood risk assessment, and 1D/2D hydraulic modeling.
Build and validate models using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and other hydraulic modeling software.
Collect, process, analyze, and interpret hydrological, meteorological, and geospatial datasets.
Utilize GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo) for spatial analysis, mapping, and drawing support.
Perform data manipulation and visualization using Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and FME.
Develop scripts and automate workflows using Python, R, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and client presentations.
Analyze project challenges, identify risks, and recommend technical solutions.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.




Stay updated with advancements in hydrology, GIS, and water resource technologies.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience – 8+ years
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Hydrology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of hydrological and hydraulic principles.
Hands-on experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, flood modeling, and stormwater analysis.
Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo.
Experience with Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and data management tools.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and technical report writing skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently , manage multiple project priorities and guide the team.
