We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and lead our team of cleaning staff. In this role, you will ensure that all rooms, facilities, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate has robust leadership skills, a keen eye for quality control, and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Supervision & Leadership
Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating daily cleaning tasks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and participate in new staff onboarding and training.
Maintain high team morale, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a team-oriented work environment.

Quality Control & Inspections
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.




Identify areas requiring deep cleaning or immediate maintenance and report defects to the maintenance department.
Address and resolve any guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Operations Management
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; submit purchase requisitions and restock as necessary.
Ensure proper usage, storage, and maintenance of all cleaning equipment and machinery.
Keep track of lost and found items according to company policy.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (such as OSHA guidelines or COSHH standards).
Ensure staff wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow secure chemical handling procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
