We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for our Ayurveda hospital. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis, preferably with experience in the healthcare or Ayurveda industry.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
Develop lead-generation campaigns focused on patient inquiries, consultations, and hospital services.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, formats, and CTAs.
Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events, and tracking.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with the content, graphic design, video,



and patient-care teams to develop high-performing creatives.
Identify current opportunities, trends, and strategies to increase qualified patient leads.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.
Ensure all healthcare and advertising campaigns follow applicable Meta advertising policies.

Required Skills
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads/Facebook Ads.
Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
Experience with healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or similar industries will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
