Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Experience: 9–12 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial and contractual activities for construction projects.
Review and monitor contracts, BOQs, work orders, variations and claims.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams regarding commercial matters.
Verify contractor bills, measurements, quantities and payment certifications.
Monitor project costs, variations and contractual compliance.
Maintain commercial documentation and prepare regular reports.
Support the PMC team in resolving contractual and commercial issues.
Ensure commercial activities are aligned with project timelines, specifications and contract conditions.

Required Experience:

Candidates should have solid experience in high-rise, mass construction, residential and commercial building projects, with positive knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
