About the Role

We are hiring Field Sales Officers for a growing fintech/NBFC focused on Loan Against Property (LAP). This is a field-intensive, target-driven role based across our branch network in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities
Drive LAP sales and customer acquisition through field sales.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
Build and manage customer and channel relationships.
Achieve monthly disbursement targets.

Compensation & Perks
Rs. 400 per Rs. 1 lakh disbursed as an incentive.
Rs. 3,000 petrol/conveyance allowance based on field visits and disbursement.

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in an NBFC or Small Finance Bank.
Minimum 9 months' tenure with the current/last organisation.




Experience in LAP, Housing Finance, Affordable Housing, Mortgage, or Business Loans.
Robust field sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates with lower tenure should have demonstrated incentive earnings in the last 3 months.
