6+ years of experience in Atlassian Jira Administration and Development.
Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, screens, permissions, and issue types.
Develop and maintain Jira automation rules, custom fields, and workflow post-functions.
Integrate Jira with tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Perform Jira upgrades, migrations, and system performance optimization.
Create dashboards, reports, and JQL queries to support business and project tracking.
