Key Responsibilities:-
Handle ROC/MCA compliances for private limited companies, LLPs and other entities.
Prepare and file MCA forms including incorporation, changes in directors, shareholding, registered office, annual filings, etc.
Assist in share allotments, transfers, ESOPs, rights issues, preferential allotments and other corporate actions.
Assist with company incorporation, LLP incorporation, conversion, closure and restructuring.
Experience working in a CA/CS qualified services firm.
Exposure to startups, foreign companies, FDI/ODI, FEMA and corporate restructuring will be an advantage.
Candidates who are comfortable handling clients independently will be preferred.
