Role Summary

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-driven content that effectively communicates our products, services, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technology trends and the ability to translate complex concepts into explicit, impactful content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development
Create and edit content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and whitepapers.
Develop engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Write compelling copy for product launches, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brochures.
Create scripts for corporate videos, webinars, podcasts, and promotional content.

Research & Thought Leadership
Conduct in-depth research on SaaS, AI, Robotics, and EdTech industry trends.
Produce insightful articles, industry reports, and leadership content.
Simplify technical concepts into reader-friendly content for customers and prospects.

Brand Communication
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communications.
Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and HR teams to develop relevant content.





Content Planning
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
Review and proofread content to maintain quality and accuracy.
Mentor junior writers and provide content guidance when required.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience
3+ years of content writing experience, preferably in the IT, SaaS, AI, or EdTech sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in long-form and short-form content creation.
