Job Purpose

To manage the company store systematically, maintain accurate stock records, handle material receiving and issuing, and prepare bills, invoices, and related documentation. The person is responsible for ensuring proper stock control and smooth coordination between the store, purchase, production, and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Documentation
Prepare sales bills, invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.
Enter purchase and sales details accurately into the company system/Excel.
Verify quantities, rates, GST, and other billing details before issuing invoices.
Maintain proper records of invoices and supporting documents.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment-related documentation.
Store Management
Receive and check incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Verify quantity, specifications, and condition of received materials.
Properly label and arrange materials in designated racks, bins, and storage areas.
Issue materials to production and other departments against approved material requests.




Maintain proper records of material received, issued, and balance stock.
Ensure rapid-moving and critical items are available when required.
Stock Control
Maintain daily stock records and update inventory regularly.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and slow-moving items.
Inform management/purchase department when stock reaches the minimum level.
Prevent unnecessary purchases and maintain proper stock levels.
Store Organization
Maintain systematic rack/row/bin identification.
Keep items such as bearings, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting wheels, welding rods, tools, electrical items, safety equipment, packing materials, etc., properly categorized.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store.
Ensure materials are stored safely to prevent damage or loss.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
