Attend and communicate professionally with customers visiting the showroom. Understand customers’ requirements and suggest suitable plywood, hardware, laminates, fittings and other products. Handle sales enquiries, quotations and follow-ups. Maintain valuable relationships with existing and recent clients. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters and other clients when required. Prepare and maintain sales records, customer details and order information. Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers regarding stock availability and deliveries. Follow up on pending orders and payments. Handle day-to-day showroom-related tasks and ensure smooth showroom operations. Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently. Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email and Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
