Role Purpose

Lead and grow the CSD (Canteen Stores Department) and CPC (Central Police Canteen) business within the assigned region by driving sales, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring product availability, and achieving business objectives for the Havells portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets for the assigned territory.
Manage relationships with CSD Depots, URCs, CPC outlets, and key stakeholders.
Drive distributor performance, channel expansion, and outlet coverage.
Ensure product availability, inventory management, and timely order execution.
Lead recent product launches, promotional activities, and visibility initiatives.
Monitor secondary sales, collections, claims, and overall business profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth prospects.
Lead and develop the regional sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.
