Key Responsibilities
Design & Calculation: Prepare structural calculations, load analyses, and simulations for concrete, steel, and foundation elements.
Drafting & Modeling: Develop detailed blueprints, fabrication drawings, and 3D models using design software.
Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) departments.
Compliance & Approvals: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, local building codes, and obtain official permits.
Site Inspection: Conduct periodic site visits to verify that construction matches approved specifications.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
