We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our frozen food retail store. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain strict cold-chain compliance, optimize inventory levels, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring freezers and display units maintain proper temperature standards (-18°C/0°F or lower).
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of sales associates and stockers.
Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels, monitor expiration dates, minimize freezer burn/waste, and coordinate with cold-chain distributors.
Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety regulations (HACCP/local health codes), workplace safety, and store security protocols.
Financials: Manage cash handling, meet sales targets, control operational costs, and report on store performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
