About the Company

360degreeinfo offers freshers a structured opportunity to begin a career in software development through practical learning, guided project work, and exposure to a professional technology workplace in Chennai. The six-month programme is divided into two phases: the first three months are an unpaid internship, followed by three months as a trainee receiving a stipend of ₹8,000 per month. After completing the full six-month programme, successful candidates may be considered for conversion to an employee, with the final salary fixed based on performance, skills, and organisational requirements.

Responsibilities
Assist developers with implementing, testing, and maintaining software features.
Understand assigned requirements and contribute to transparent, maintainable solutions under guidance.
Participate in debugging, documentation, code reviews, and project discussions.




Support quality checks and help resolve issues across the development lifecycle.
Build practical knowledge of software engineering tools, processes, and workplace practices.

Requirements
Open to freshers who are motivated to build a career in software development.
Basic understanding of programming concepts, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.
Willingness to learn recent technologies and collaborate with the development team.
Good communication, ownership of tasks, and openness to feedback.
This is an in-office opportunity based in Chennai.
