We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead AI innovation, drive technology strategy, and build scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development and deployment.
Design and implement scalable AI architectures and GenAI solutions.
Guide teams on model training, evaluation, interpretability, and deployment best practices.
Drive AI governance, explainability, and bias mitigation initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Mentor AI/ML engineers and foster innovation across teams.

Required Skills:
Solid expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, ONNX, and LangChain.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI solution architecture.
Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and model deployment.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing technology labs, innovation centers, or AI programs.
